BARRY VICKERS
Senior VP, Project Development, Procurement, and Contracting
Barry Vickers has been involved in First Nations economic and business development for over 20 years and has also operated his own successful business which provides valuable perspective and insight to work he performs for the Coalition and its members. He has extensive experience in the development, financing and implementation major pipeline projects, electrical infrastructure, mining, and other natural resource projects. Mr. Vickers has also been involved in the negotiation of impact benefits agreement and equity ownership in major projects.
Mr. Vickers has a Undergraduate Degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University which along with his strong experience brings a strong analytic and practical approach to his work for the FNMPC.
Mr. Vickers has been with the FNMPC since its inception and is proud to be part of the management team and is committed to seeing the FNMPC add value and grow as an organization for the benefit of its members.
